Order Shipping
Orders placed within Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir, Adana, Antalya, Mersin, Kayseri, and Bursa will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) following bank and finance approval. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following day. Orders will not be shipped on holidays and public holidays.
You will need to pay the shipping fee for your order to the shipping company employee at the time of delivery. sahaneev.com has the necessary agreements with shipping companies to ensure that you, our valued customers, pay the minimum fee for your orders.

When your order arrives, please note the following:

- If your shipment is opened, torn, or physically damaged, please do not accept it. Inform the courier that you do not want to accept the order due to damage. The courier will draw up a report. A copy of this report will be given to you. Please keep the relevant copy.
