All products sold in our company are original and under the warranty of Şahaneev Tekstil LTD ŞTI as the manufacturer. Your orders are checked and delivered to the cargo before they are sent. Your shipments are insured. If you detect any tearing, breakage, or similar issues with the product upon delivery, please do not accept the product and return it to the courier.
Product Delivery
Since products are custom-made, they are shipped within 5 to 10 business days and arrive on average within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery is made via courier.
General return conditions are as follows;
- Returns must be made within 3 business days of the product delivery date.
- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
- Returns of products whose original box/packaging is damaged, no longer resalable, or cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. (License-registered products are not returnable)
- You must send the original invoice (all copies in your possession) and a request explaining the reason for return, along with the product you wish to return.
- If you have ordered a custom size product, returns are not accepted because it is custom-made for you. Please contact our representative to explain why you want to return it and get approval.

When will the payment for the product I returned be made?
If the products received by our customer service department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund will be processed on the day the product is received. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to credit cards will be reflected within 30 business days, and payments made by money order will be reflected within 30 business days. It will be reflected in your account within 3 business days.
Why is my refund being made in installments?
The entire price of the product you purchased in installments will be refunded to your credit card, but your bank will refund the refund to your credit card in installments.
